Ciao! Strizzi

The publication »Ciao! Strizzi« is filled with documentation material from seven years of exhibitions, events, and residencies. To visualize the diversity and abundance that Strizzi was known for, we created an archive that—through extensive cross-referencing and unfiltered lists—presents everything that ever took place at Strizzi. The design, like the overall visual identity, is raw and bureaucratic, marked by deliberate breaks and exaggerations that bring it back to life.

From 2013 to 2020, Strizzi provided a platform for emerging artistic positions from both Germany and abroad to be experienced and discussed. The space was curated—both individually and collectively—by Martina Höfflin, Lisa Klosterkötter, Florian Müller, Sally Müller, Simon Roth, Julius Terlinden, and Andreas Felix Tritsch. The exhibition program, which primarily featured site-specific works in the fields of installation, sculpture, photography, painting, and media art, was complemented by performances, artist talks, and contemporary music concerts.
