Serve and Volley was founded in Cologne in 2019 by Klaus Neuburg and Simon Roth. The key focus of their work is the design of complex communication systems across various media - for a diverse range of clients, from individuals to institutions. Thematically, the studio works primarily in the fields of society, education, art and culture. Since 2025, the office has been operating from Cologne and Constance. Besides studio projects, we are a part of the association »Froh!« which is a cultural mediator operating at the intersection of design, social engagement and cultural research.
