Böhm Bauten

We developed the visual identity for the BDA Cologne’s program of events marking the 100th birthday of Pritzker Prize laureate Gottfried Böhm. The letters B, Ö, H, and M of the BÖHM1OO logo were transformed into typographic 3D sculptures whose shadows unfold dynamically across media and reflect Böhm’s sculptural architectural language. As an extension of the project, we developed and designed the boehmbauten.de archive in collaboration with the BDA Cologne. Boehmbauten serves both as an archive and a route planner and now showcases 30 buildings by Gottfried Böhm.
